| 摘 要： | 目的观察支气管动脉栓塞术（BAE）治疗肺结核和支气管扩张症咯血的疗效对比观察。方法16例肺结核咯血和18例支气管扩张症咯血均经内科抗感染、止血保守治疗无效行支气管动脉栓塞治疗，栓塞材料为聚乙烯醇微粒（PVA）。结果34例患者19例治愈，8例有效，其中支气管扩张症组总有效率94、4％，肺结核组总有效率62．5％，经统计学处理，0．01〈P〈0．025，差异有显著性。结论BAE治疗顽固性肺结核和支气管扩张症咯血均有效，尤其对支气管扩张症咯血治疗效果更佳。

| Abstract: | Objective] To observe the effect of bronchial artery embolization(BAE) in the treatment of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and bronchiectasia haemoptysis. Methods] BAE was utilized in 16 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis haemoptysis and 18 patients with bronchiectasia haemoptysis.
