膝关节半月板损伤MRI表现

目的回顾性分析半月板不同程度损伤的MRI表现。方法对86例可能半月板损伤患者的97个膝关节194个内外侧半月板的MRI表现和关节镜进行对照研究与分析，根据半月板内部MRI信号特征，将半月板损伤分为Ⅰ～Ⅲ度。结果在194个半月板信号中发现160个半月板信号异常，Ⅰ度损伤31个，Ⅱ度损伤58个，Ⅲ度损伤71个。以关节镜检查结果为标准，MRI诊断半月板撕裂的敏感性为90.27%,特异性为95.09%,准确性为88.14%,阳性预测值为91.55%,阴性预测值为94.31%。结论MRI是一种无创伤、能准确诊断半月板损伤以及取代创伤性关节镜检查的较好方法。

MRI manifestation of meniscus injury of knee joint

Objective　To analyse the MRI findings of various meniscus injuries of knee joint retrospectively.Methods　MRI manifestations of 86（97 knees）suspected menisci injures by clinical were analysed and compared with the findings through arthroscopy.The menisus injuries were classified into grade Ⅰto Ⅲ according to the signal features of meniscus on MR imaging.Results　In our study,grade Ⅰ was 31 ,grade Ⅱ was 58,grade Ⅲ was 71.Taking the result through arthroscopy as standard,the sensitivity,sepecificity,accuracy of predictive value,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of MRI were 90.27%,95.09%,88.14%,91.55%and 94.31% respectively.Conclusion　MR imaging is non-invasive and accurate to evaluate the meniscus injury of the knee joint and is a better way to replace the traumatic arthroscopy.
