国产低分子肝素治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效及安全性

目的比较国产低分子肝素与进口低分子肝素治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效及安全性。方法将120例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组60例和对照组60例,在常规治疗的基础上,分别选用国产低分子肝素5000 IU和进口低分子肝素60 mg腹部皮下注射7 d,2次/d。观察①治疗期间心绞痛每日发作次数;②硝酸甘油含服的日均用药量;③ECG ST段变化;④出血、血细胞异常及发生急性心肌梗死和猝死情况。结果与本组治疗前相比,2组治疗后心绞痛发作次数及硝酸甘油用量均明显减少,有显著性差异;治疗后组间比较均无显著性差异。治疗7 d后2组心电图中ST段压低均有改善,但无显著性差异。治疗组和对照组不良反应的发生率分别为8%和10%,二者之间无显著性差异。结论不稳定型心绞痛应用国产低分子肝素和进口低分子肝素可以达到同样效果,不良反应相近。

Curative effect and safety of domestic Low Molecular Heparin on unstable angina pectoris

Objective It is to compare the curative effect and safety of domestic and import Low Molecular Heparin(LMH) on unstable angina pectoris(UAP).Methods 120 patients with UAP were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Based on routine treatment,60 patients in treatment group were treated with 5 000 IU domestic LMH abdominal subcutaneous injection and 60 patients in control group were treated with 60 mg import LMH abdominal subcutaneous injection every 12 hours for seven days.The time of angina pectoris attacks per day during treatment period,the mean drug consumption of Nitroglycerol per day,the change of ECG ST segment and the conditions of bleeding,haemocyte abnormality,the occurrence of acute myocardial infarction and sudden death were observed.Results Compared with prior treatment,both the time of angina pectoris attacks and the mean drug consumption of Nitroglycerol per day obviously decreased after therapy in the two groups and there was significant difference.But there were no significant difference between the two groups after treatment.In the two groups,the depression of ECG ST segment both obtained some amelioration after therapy for seven days,however,there was not significant difference.The incidence rate of untoward reaction in treatment group and control group were 8% and 10% respectively,but there was no significant difference between.Conclusion The domestic LMH has the same effect on UAP as import LMH.The untoward reaction of domestic LMH is similar to that of import LMH.
