| 摘 要： | 文章对建国以来中药药性理论的临床研究工作进行了系统回顾,此项研究在中枢神经系统、植物神经系统、内分泌系统、基础代谢、抗感染作用、血液流变学等方面取得了一些初步结论,但存在许多问题。笔者对中药药性的临床研究思路和方法进行了深入思考,提出中药药性临床研究必须与中医证的寒热本质研究及实验研究相结合,建立中药寒热药性的客观评价方法和指标体系,根据疾病的动态变化对中药药性进行动态研究。
