种植义齿在固定正畸中的临床应用

目的：运用种植体解决成年患者正畸治疗中支抗不足的难题，并同时用种植义齿修复牙列缺损。方法：对６４例牙颌畸形支抗不足或伴有牙列缺损的成年患者，采用种植义齿和固定矫治器联合治疗。结果：６４例牙颌畸形矫治全部成功。植入的１９２枚种植体中成功１８８枚，成功率达９７．９％。结论：该技术操作简单，效果良好，并发症少。

Clinical Application of Implanting Denture for Fixed Orthodontics

Objective:To solve the problem of the deficient anchorage in orthodontic treatment for the adult patients by using the method of implant and to restore the defect of dentition used implanting denture.Menthods:The orthodontic treatment together with implanting denture had been applied for 64 adult patients with dentomaxillary deformity and had deficient anchorage or defect of dentition.Results:All of the cases reshaping for dentomaxillary deformity were successful.The implant to successful were 188 in 192,with the successful rate 97.9%.Conclusion:It's concluded that the method of implant is a kind of revolutionary technique in the orthodontic treatment because of it's simple operation,fine effects and less complications.
