摘    要:目的]评价捕获包被ELISA方法用于血小板配型的临床应用效果。方法]35例多次血小板输注无效的患者再次需要血小板输血时,采用我们研制的捕获包被ELISA方法进行血小板配型,输注效果判定及输注后临床表现根据输注前后血小板计数计算输注后1h及24h血小板计数增高指数(CCI),1hCCI〉10×10^9/L,或24h CCI〉4.5×10^9/L为输注有效,否则为无效,观察输注有无发热、荨麻疹等非溶血性输血反应。结果]采用本法进行血小板配型,明显缩短了检测时间,输注后1hCCI、24hCCI均取得良好效果。结论]成功建立了捕获包被ELISA方法,该方法快速、经济、操作简单,提高了血小板配型的可靠性,为救治患者提供了方便,具有较大的临床应用价值。

Abstract: Objective ] To evaluate the clinical application of a new capture - antigen - wrap ELISA technique for platelet crossmatch types. Methods] The study was performed on 35 cases of inpatients who were platelet transfusion resuhless. Using this crossmatching ap- proach to screen compatible platelet. The effectiveness of platelet transfusion was determined from the posttransfusion CCI at 1 hour and 24 hour, synchronously survey the nonhaemolytic transfusion reactive in the patients. Results] This method for platelet crossmatch types enhanced the effectiveness of platelet transfusion and shortened the detection time. Condusion] We succeeded in establishing a capture - anti- gen - wrap ELISA. Data suggested that it should be helpful to improve the reliability of platelet crossmatch types. The technique is rapid, economic and easy to carry out, can be used in clinical laboratories to screen out the suited donor for the sufferers than other serologcal assays.
