某大学6届新生HBV感染情况分析

目的了解大学新生HBV感染情况,为乙肝的防治提供依据。方法2001-2006年连续对某大学新生检测HBsAg,对HBsAg阳性者进行乙肝5项及肝功能的检测,对结果进行统计分析。结果HBsAg平均阳性率为18.13%,且以大三阳和小三阳2种感染模式为主,检出率分别为5.84%和6.18%,占HBV所有感染模式的80.50%。结论该校HBV感染检出率明显高于全国平均水平,并未见下降趋势,应引起高度重视。且未感染HBV的同学入学后应进行乙肝疫苗接种。

HBV Infection among 6-Grade Freshmen in a Certain University

Objective To understand HBV infection among freshmen and provide the preventive basis for Hepatitis B. Method The survey of HBsAg tests was done to 25 055 freshmen in a certain university from the year 2001 to 2006. The carriers of HBsAg were given the tests of the five items of hepatitis B and liver function examination. Results HBsAg positive rate of 18.13 %, with two main infection types-HBsAg, HBeAg, HBcAb and HBsAg, HBeAb, HBcAb. The detection rate is 5.84 % and 6.18 % respectively, dominating 80.50 % of all the HBV infection types. Conclusion The detection rate of HBV infection in this university is higher, with no sign of going down, than the national average level, Hence high importance should be attached to it and the students who have not infected by HBV should take a vaccine for hepatitis B soon after entering the university.
