广东省珠江三角洲地区吸毒者HIV感染状况调查

目的 了解广东省珠江三角洲地区吸毒HIV的感染状况及其相关危险行为，为在该人群中开展干预策略提供依据。方法 对该地区戒毒所内戒毒和社区吸毒进行面对面调查，并采集静脉血5ml进行HIV抗体检测。结果 共调查655名吸毒，VIH染率为29.0％;有静脉注射毒品(IDU)史占99．5％，其中曾有共用针具行为的占75．4％；曾经注射毒品是感染HIV最危险的因素。结论 广东省珠江三角洲地区吸毒有较高的HIV感染率，静脉注射吸毒是HIV感染的主要因素。应尽快采取有效的减少危害的措施，以控制服在该人群中的传播。

The Survey of HIV Prevalence among Drug Users in Pearl River Delta Region of Guangdong, China

Objective To understand the prevalence and related risk behaviors of HIV infection among drug user in Pearl River Delta Region (PRDR) of Guangdong province, and provide the evidence for establishment the intervention strategies.Methods Face to face interview and blood samples for HIV antibody testing were carried out among drug users from detoxification center and community. Results Six hundred and fifty five drug users were recruited and interviewed. HIV sero positive rate was 29.0%, and of which 99.5% were intravenous drug users (IDUs) and 75.4% of the IDUs had the experience of injection equipment sharing. IDU is the riskiest factor for HIV infected.Conclusion There is a high HIV prevalence among drug users in the PRDR of Guangdong. IDU is the principal factor for HIV transmission. The pragmatic harm reduction programs must be implemented as soon as possible to prevent the HIV spread.
