“心脉隆”抗野百合碱性肺动脉高压的作用及机制探讨

摘    要:目的观察心脉隆注射液抗野百合碱(MCT)致大鼠肺动脉高压(PH)及对血管内皮舒缩因子内皮素(ET)和一氧化氮(NO)含量变化和影响。方法给SD大鼠一次腹腔注射MCT60mg/kg,复制PH模型,3周后用心脉隆注射液进行治疗,连续8天,然后用孙波法测定肺动脉压,用放免测定法和比色分析法分别测定血浆中ET及NO的含量。结果MCT所致大鼠肺动脉高压和右心室肥大模型效果确切,平均肺动脉压升高、右心室/心脏重量比、肺湿/干重比值增大,与对照组相比,JP〈0.001(20.47±1.22):(11.02±1.21)];使用心脉隆治疗后,肺动脉压有所降低,与模型组相比P〈0.05(12.31±1.12):(18.47±1.32),血浆中ET明显升高,NO下降(P〈0.01)。结论MCT造成肺动脉高压模型效果确切,心脉隆注射液对MCT所致的肺动脉高压有一定的对抗作用,同时使血浆中NO明显升高而ET下降,说明心脉隆注射液降低肺动脉高压与其保护血管内皮作用有关。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of xinmailong(XML) injection on rat pulmonary hypertension(PH) by monoerotaline (MCT). Methods SD rats were given a single intraperitoneal injection of MCT with 60mg/kg to induce the mold of PH. Three weeks later,these rats were treated with XML for 8d,and then PH was measured using Sun Puo' s method. Results PH and right ventricle hypertrophy model had been set up successfully by MCT. The ratio of wet weight (wW) and dry weight (dW) of the lung increased with P 〈 0. 001 (20.47± 1.32:11.02± 1.2) ]. The rat pulmonary avevage pressure of XML group also was lower than that of model group with P 〈0. 05 ( 12.31 ± 1. 12:18.47± 1.32 ) ]. Conclusion Treatment with XML injection may reduce the development of MCT pulmonary hypertension.
