| 摘 要： | 干细胞技术已经成为生命科学领域的热点。脐血干细胞具有来源丰富、采集方便且无涉及伦理学等优势，其研究逐渐引起研究者的广泛兴趣。在特定条件下，脐血干细胞可分化为肝细胞，为治疗肝脏疾病提供了新的细胞来源。

| Abstract: | Stem cell engineering has been the hot spot in life science. Umbilical cord blood stem cells have many advantages because of abundance in resource, convenience in collection, no ethical problem and so on. For these reasons, the extensive interest in umbilical cord blood stem cells has been aroused. Umbilical cord blood stem cells can differentiate into hepatocytes in special conditions and can become a new source of cell types for therapies of hepatic diseases. |
