| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨人肺癌细胞转移潜能与KAI1基因表达的关系。方法：应用real-timeRT-PCR技术检测不同转移潜能的人肺癌细胞株和正常人成纤维细胞株MRC-5中KAI1基因mRNA的表达水平及差异。结果：人肺癌细胞株中KAI1基因mRNA表达水平均显著低于正常肺成纤维细胞株MRC-5；不同转移潜能人大细胞肺癌细胞株中KAI1基因mRNA表达水平有明显差异。结论：KAI1基因表达降低与人肺癌细胞的转移潜能高低有关。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the relationship between metastaic potential of human lung cancer cell lines and expressions of KAI1 gene. Methods：Expressions of KAI1 mRNA in human lung cancer cell lines with different metastasis potentials were detected by real-time RT-PCR. Results：The expression of KAI1 gene mRNA in lung cancer cell lines is remarkably lower than those in normal human fetal lung fibroblast cell line MRC-5. The expression of KAI1 gene mRNA in the human large cell lung cancer cell lines with different metastatic potential is different. Conclusion： Reduced KAI1 expressions may be associated with enhanced metastatic potential in human lung cancer cell lines. |
