方剂辨证探讨

方剂辨证,也称汤方辨证。其源于《伤寒论》,是一种高层次的辨证方法,与其他辨证方法比较起来,方剂辨证更加简捷,更少教条,更多灵活,实用性更强。由于方剂辨证大多是选择针对性强,久经考验,力专效宏的历代名方,故方剂辨证所产生的疗效必定高于其他辨证方法;方剂辨证侧重于从证效关系来判别辨证的正确与否,也就是说证的存在可由药物验证而确认,因此比较客观,再结合方证的研究,也有助于促进中医的现代化、中西医结合和中医药走向世界。在临床上运用方剂辨证时,要善于抓主症,同时应对《伤寒论》、《金匮要略》、《医宗金鉴.杂病心法要诀》及方剂教材上所选历代名方的药物组成、剂量大小、各药之间的配伍比例、方剂的加减进退,都要烂熟于胸,这就要求必须有扎实的中医基本功。
