| 摘 要： | 本文对光镜下可确诊或尚需进一步与脑膜瘤及血管外皮瘤鉴别诊断的18例(包括复发例共27例次)CNS原发性纤维组织细胞瘤进行临床病理研究。18例光镜上均有典型或不典型轮辐状结构,可见组织细胞样和纤维母细胞样细胞、未分化细胞、黄色瘤细胞、多核瘤巨细胞。电镜证实上述细胞存在。

| Abstract: | 18 cases, being 27 cases if including recurrent cases, of the malignant fibrous histiocytomas of the central nervous system are presented. Some cases can be diagnosed as the MFH, only by light microscopic examination, other cases need to be further differentiated from meningiomas and hemangiopericytomas as well as pleomorphic xanthoastrocytomas etc. 10 cases were examined with elctromicroscope. Microscopically the results showed typical or atypical storiform pattern, histiocyte-like and fibroblast-like cells, undifferentiated cells, xanthomatous cells, multinucleated giant cells and so on. All these elements were confirmed electromicroscopically. |
