摘    要:<正> 猫上丘的传出联系虽已进行了一些研究,但多限于经典的抑制性银浸渍法或放射自显影技术。七十年代初始用于中枢神经系统的辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)方法,现已作为神经系统逆行性纤维追踪的可靠工具。晚近有一些资料表明,辣根过氧化物酶除了逆行性运输外,也可顺行性输送,这就为一些核团传出投射的研究提供了新的途径。在我国,鞠躬首先观察到脊髓至背索核的HRP顺行性投射,而上丘至间脑的这种投射直到目前尚未见详细报导。我们


EFFENT PROJECTIONS OF SUPERIOR COLLICULUS TO DIENCEPHALON IN THE CAT A STUDY WITH ANTROGRADE HRP
Abstract:Efferent projections of superior colliculus to diencephalon were identified using the antergrade horseradish peroxidase technique in the cat. Following injections of HRP into the rostral superior colliculus, a large number of labeled terminals were mainly found in several ipsilateral thalamic nuclei i. e. ventromedial division of ventral lateral geniculate nucleus, zona incerta, lateral posterior nucleus, parafasciculi and centromedian nucleus. In the mediodorsal nucleus as well as the thalamic reticular nucleus only a few labeled terminals were found. Following injections of HRP into the caudal superior colliculus, in above-mentoned thalamic nuclei were not found any labeled terminals. These results indicate that the superior colliculus mainly project to diencephalon, especially to dorsal thalamus and nucleus intralaminaris of thalamus. These projections involved in eye movements and mechanism of pain sensation. The caudal superior colliculus except for projection to precerebellar relay nuclei, for example, the inferior olivary complex, seems not contribute axons to the diencephalon.
