雌激素受体基因多态性与绝经年龄的关系

摘    要:目的:了解绝经后妇女雌激素受体(ER) 基因多态性与自然绝经年龄的关系。方法: 通过PCR-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP) 方法检测189例绝经后妇女ER基因多态性的分布情况, 分析ER基因多态性与绝经年龄的关系。结果: ER基因PvuⅡ酶切位点3种基因型间平均绝经年龄有显著差异(P=0 .046 ), pp型女性绝经年龄较PP型女性早(P=0 .013)。ERXbaⅠ酶切位点3种基因型间平均绝经年龄的差异无统计学意义(P=0 .405)。月经史、哺乳史、ER基因型均与绝经年龄显著相关(P分别等于0. 033, 0. 004, 0 .024)。结论: 绝经年龄受遗传因素的影响; 携带ERp等位基因者, 其绝经年龄可能较早; 而XbaⅠ酶切位点限制性片段长度多态性对绝经年龄无显著影响。

Abstract:Objective:To explore relationship between polymorphism of estrogen receptor (ER) and natural menopausal age.Methods:The distribution of ER polymorphism of 189 postmenopausal women was determined by PCR-RFLP.Results:There was significant difference in average menopausal age among three kinds of genotypes in ER PvuⅡdigestion locus ( P =0.046), menopausal age of the female with pp genotype was earlier than that with PP one ( P =0.013). There was no significant difference in average menopausal age among three kinds of genotypes in ER XbaⅠdigestion locus ( P =0.405). The menstrual and lactation history, ER genotypes had significant correlation with menopausal age ( P =0.033, 0.004, 0.024, respectively).Conclusion:Menopausal age should be influenced by genetic factors, that of women with ERp allele could be earlier, but could not be significantly affected by polymorphism of restriction fragment length in XbaⅠdigestion locus.
