湖北省孝感市城区气传花粉调查与研究

目的探明湖北省孝感市城区气传花粉的种类及花粉的飘散规律。方法在孝感市城区选取调查点一处，按全国统一的标准和方法，安装取样器，每日曝片1张，对气传花粉进行调查，同时对孝感城区168例花粉症患者进行标准花粉抗原皮肤敏感试验，并对患者发病季节进行调查。结果孝感城区空气中全年均有花粉飘散，高峰期为3～4月份和8～9月份，春季花粉主要为松属、柏科等，秋季花粉主要为蒿属、豚草属等。花粉症患者皮肤敏感试验结果显示，阳性率高的致敏花粉与主要气传花粉基本一致。结论孝感市城区气传花粉调查及其结果分析为该地区花粉症等变态反应性疾病的研究、诊断、预防和治疗提供了重要依据。

Investigation on airborne pollens in urban districts of Xiaogan in Hubei province

Objective To investigate the species of the airborne pollens, their diffusion rules and correlation with pollinosis in urban districts of Xiaogan in Hubei province. Methods According to the national standard, the sampling equipments were randomly placed in urban districts of Xiaogan, and X-ray films were developed every day in order to study the airbornepollens. Skin hypersensitive test was done on 168 patients with pollinosis in urban districts of Xiaogan, and the patients were also investigated on the episode rules. Results There were airborne pollens throughout the year in atmosphere of Xiaogan. The first peak occurred in March and April, and the predominant pollens were Pinaceae and Cupressaceae. The second peak occurred in August and September and the predominant pollens were Ambrosia and Artemisia. There were positive correlations between the sensitizing pollens and airborne pollens. Conclusion Investigation on airborne pollens in urban districts of Xiaogan in Hubei province was important for clinical prevention, specific diagnosis, specific therapy of allergic diseases including pollinosls.
