| 摘 要： | 目的 观察养心通脉片对胰岛素抵抗综合征(IRS)血脂水平及甲襞微循环(NFM)的影响。方法 养心通脉片治疗组33例，二甲双胍片对照组34例，两组均服药2个月，于治疗前后测定血脂水平及NFM指标。结果 治疗组与对照组均能明显增加高密度脂蛋白、降低低密度脂蛋白，而养心通脉片还能明显降低总胆固醇和甘油三脂。在改善IRS甲襞微循环的指标方面两组临床疗效相当。结论 养心通脉片与二甲双胍片均能明显改善IRS血脂水平及NFM的指标，而养心通脉片在降脂方面疗效较优。
