降钙素治疗腰椎管狭窄症疗效的系统评价

[目的]系统评价降钙素治疗腰椎管狭窄症的疗效.[方法]按Cochrane系统评价方法,计算机检索c0.chrane图书馆(2009年第4期)、MEDLINE(1966～2009.11)、EMBASE(1988～2009.11)、中国生物医学文摘数据库(1986～2009.11),并手工检索相关杂志收集降钙素治疗腰椎管狭窄症的随机和半随机对照试验.评价纳入研究的方法学质量,采用RevMan 5软件进行Meta分析.[结果]纳入4篇随机对照试验,共147例病人.降钙素与安慰剂对腰椎管狭窄症的疼痛缓解二分变培结果[OR 1.06,95%CI(0.46,2.45)]和VAS改善的连续性数据结果[OR0.74,95%CI(-0.31,1.79)]均无统计学差异.降钙素治疗腰椎管狭窄症的最大行走距离二分变量结果[OR3.10,95%CI(0.80,12.09)]及连续变量结果[OR 9.32,95%CI(-28.02,46,66)]均显示没有统计学差异.而牛命质龄各研究的评价方式不一,未能进行Meta-分析.[结论]本研究没有得到降钙素治疗腰椎管狭窄症有效的证据,需要进一步开展设计良好、方法学质量更高的随机对照试验,验证降钙素治疗腰椎管狭窄症的疗效.
