雷米普利与氨氯地平逆转原发性高血压左室肥厚的对比研究

目的　探讨雷米普利及氨氯地平对治疗原发性高血压患者的降血压疗效及对左室肥厚的逆转作用。方法　选择未经治疗的伴左室肥厚的原发性高血压患者 10 0例 ,随机分为雷米普利组 ( 5 0例 )与氨氯地平组 ( 5 0例 ) ,雷米普利组服用雷米普利 5 -10mg每天 ,氨氯地平组服用氨氯地平 5 -10mg每天 ,疗程为 8个月 ,之后复查超声心动图及血压。结果　雷米普利及氨氯地平均能有效降低血压 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,改善左室肥厚 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,但氨氯地平降低收缩压作用较雷米普利更强 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,雷米普利逆转左室肥厚较氨氯地平更为明显 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　雷米普利及氨氯地平用于原发性高血压患者均可有效降低及改善左室肥厚 ,氨氯地平降低收缩压作用较雷米普利更强 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,雷米普利逆转左室肥厚较氨氯地平更为明显。

Comparative study of Ramipril and Amlodipine in Reversing Left VentricularHypertrophy in Essential Hypertension (EH) Patients

Objective The article is to study the effects of ramipril and amlodipine in lowing hypertension and reversing eeft uentricular hypertrophy (LVH).Methods 100 cases of EH patients with LVH were choosed and randomly devided into two groups- ramipril group (50 cases) and amlodipine group (50 cases). The patients were administrated ramipril 5-10mg Qd or amlodipine 5-10mg Qd for 8 months. After the therapeutic period, the ultrasonic cardiograms were taken and blood pressure were taken.Results Both medicines can effectively lower blood pressure(p<0.05), improve LVH (P<0.05), but ramipil can reverse LVH more effectively than amlodipine (P<0.05).Conclusions And amlodipine can be used for EH patients,because they can effectiveIy tower blood pressure and improve LVH.
