| 摘 要： | 目的研究血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)在正常人脑组织和人脑血管母细胞瘤中的表达,以了解其在血管母细胞瘤发病机制中所起的作用。方法应用链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶法(S-P法)对32例人脑血管母细胞瘤、10例正常脑组织中VEGF的表达进行检测和统计学分析。结果脑血管母细胞瘤组织中VEGF高于正常脑组织中VEGF表达,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论检测VEGF可以为人脑血管母细胞瘤的发病机制研究及临床治疗提供新的思路。抗VEGF治疗可能成为治疗人脑血管母细胞瘤的新方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the expression and clinical significances of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in hemangioblastoma.Methods Applying Srteptavidin-Peroxidase(S-P) immunohistochemical technique,we performed examination and statistical research on the expression of VEGF in 32 cases of hemangioblastoma and 10 cases of normal brain tissue.Results In this study,there was obvious differend in the expression of VEGF between hemangioblastoma and normal brain tissue(P<0.01).Conclusion Hemangioblastoma can secrete VEGF.Therapy of anti-VEGF could be a new method for the treatment of hemangioblastoma. |
