| Abstract: | Brucellosis is a zoonotic disease and is endemic in Saudi Arabia. Many hematological complications have been reported. We report a case of selective thrombocytopenia in an expatriate from Bangladesh. Patient responded well to antibrucella and steroid treatment. |
