运动性高血压性心脏肥大心肌间血管超微结构的对比研究

摘    要:目的 比较高血压性心肌肥大和运动性心肌肥大心肌间血管超微结构的变化。方法 用八道生理记录仪记录血压和心率,用透射电子显微镜观察心肌间血管超微结构。结果(1)高血压组血管呈痉挛像,管腔呈星芒缩窄,向腔内突出;运动组微血管管腔显著扩张,腔内有多数髓磷体。(2)高血压组内皮细胞严重水肿,胞浆内仅剩扩张粗面内质网及变性线粒体;运动组血管内皮细胞水肿,胞饮泡增多,线粒体电子密度加大。结论 高血压性和运动性心肌肥大肌间血管结构都有一定程度病理性变化,主要表现在心肌间血管内皮细胞,但心肌间血管口径的改变不同。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the change of ultrastructure of intermyocardiac blood vessels in hypertension- and swimming-induced cardiac hypertrophy in rats.Methods Blood pressure and heart rate were recorded with 8-channel polygraph system,and the ultrastructures of intermyocardiac blood vessels were observed under electron microscope.Results (1)Spasm and stricture of blood vessels were found in the hypertension group,and a remarkable dilatation of blood vessels and myelin figures in blood vessel cavity were seen in the swimming group.(2)A serious hyperplasia of vascular endothelial cells,dilated rough endoplasmic reticulum and degenerated mitochondrion were revealed in the hypertension group and hyperplasia of vascular endothelial cells ,and increased electron density of mitochondria were found in the swimming group .Conclusions The ultrastructures of intermyocardiac blood in hypertension- and swimming-induced cardiac hypertrophy in rats have pathological changes to a certain degree,mainly displayed in vascular endothelial cells of myocardium.The changes in calibre of intermyocardiac blood vessels are different.
