摘    要:目的:探讨三氧化二砷(As2O3)诱导人胆囊癌(GBC)细胞凋亡及对干细胞标志物CD133表达的作用。方法:用Hoechest染色、流式细胞仪和DNA凝胶电泳研究As2O3诱导GBC细胞凋亡及对CD133+GBC细胞的作用。Western印迹法检测CD133蛋白表达,RT-PCR检测CD133 mRNA表达。结果:As2O3能诱导GBC细胞凋亡、减少CD133+GBC细胞的数量,同时能降低GBC细胞CD133的蛋白及mRNA表达。结论:As2O3可能通过抑制干细胞标志物CD133表达而实现其对体外人GBC细胞的诱导凋亡作用。
