| 摘 要： | 目的:检测Rab4a在乳腺癌与乳腺纤维腺瘤中的表达,分析其与表皮生长因子受体-2(Her-2)和上皮钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin)表达的关系。方法:取乳腺癌标本74例,乳腺纤维腺瘤标本40例,用免疫组化检测Rab4a表达,分析其与乳腺癌转移、病理分级的关系;同时检测Her-2和E-cadherin的表达,分析与Rab4a的相关性。结果:Rab4a在乳腺纤维腺瘤中不表达或低表达,在乳腺癌组织中高表达(78.4%);两组间差异具有统计学意义(P
