肾小球旁器细胞瘤1例报道并文献复习

目的报道1例肾小球旁器细胞瘤并探讨其临床病理特点、诊断和鉴别诊断。方法对1例肾小球旁器细胞瘤进行光镜和免疫组化观察,并结合文献讨论。结果镜下肿瘤细胞排列呈片状及巢状,部分围绕血管呈血管外皮瘤样改变,细胞圆形、小多边形,大小较一致,胞质淡伊红或透明,无核分裂,间质富含薄壁血管。免疫表型肿瘤细胞Vim、、CD34、SYN弥漫阳性,SMA部分细胞阳性。结论肾小球旁器细胞瘤是一种少见的成人肾脏良性肿瘤,诊断和鉴别诊断主要依赖其病理形态学特点及免疫表型。

The juxtaglomerular cell tumor of the kidney: a case report and review of literatures

Objective:To report one case of juxtaglomerular cell tumor of the kidney(JGCT) , with discussion on its diagnostic clues. Methods: The pathologic and immunohistochemical features of this case of JGCT were evaluated, and the related literatures were reviewed. Results: Under microscopy, tumor cells shaped aerie and sheet, associated with focal hyaline change and hemangiopericytoma-like architectural pattern.Relatively uniform polygonal to round cells with lightly eosinophilic cytoplasm;absence of mitotic figures;interstitium rich in thin-walled capillaries. Most cells of JGCT were immunoreactive for CD34, Vim,and Syn, and part cells expressed SMA. Conclusion: JGCT is a rare benign renal neoplasm typically found in adults and manifests as systemic hypertension. Morphologic characteristics and immunophenotype are the keys to the correct pathologic and differential diagnosis.
