摘    要:应用日立835-50型氨基酸自动分析仪测定阿苯达唑作用体外培养猪囊虫的氨基酸含量。比较体外培养72h的囊虫组织和囊液的用药组与对照组的游离氨基酸含量。结果显示囊组织的17种氨基酸中,12种有非常显著性差异,3种有显著性差异;囊液则在检出14种游离氨基酸中,1种有非常显著性差异,13种无统计学意义。提示阿苯达唑首先作用于囊虫组织。比较阿苯达唑作用72h和96h的囊虫组织中6种游离氨基酸含量,显示后者5种游离氨基酸含量均减少,其中4种有非常显著性差异,1种有显著性差异;表明随着药物作用时间延长,氨基酸含量也减少。

Abstract:The contents of free amino acid (FAA) in Cysticercus cellulosae affected by albendazole in vitro were determined by using 835-50 type of automatic amino acid analyzer. Compared the contents of FAA inCysticercus cellulosae tissue, or fluid of druged group with control group after 72h in virto. The results showed that among total 17 kinds of FAA in Cysticercus cellulosae tissue, 12 kinds were strikingly significant difference and 3 kinds were significant difference. While among the total 14 kinds of FAA in Cysticercus cellulosae fluid, only one kind of FAA was strikingly significant differenee but 13 kinds had no statistical difference. So it indicated that the albendazole affectrd on tissue firstly. Compared the contents of 6 kinds of FAA in Cysticercus cellulosae tissue affected by albendazole after 72h with that after 96h in vitro, the data showed, aftter 96h, the contents of 5 kinds of FAA were reduced, 4 kinds were strikingly significant difference and one kind was siginficant difference. The results showed that the longer the time of affecting by albendazole, the less the contents of FAA in Cysticercus cellulosae tissue were.
