经腹腔镜诊治腹部闭合性损伤的体会

The advantages of laparoscopy in diagnosing and treating abdominal closed injury

Objective To investigate the advantages of laparoscopy in diagnosing and treating the abdominal closed injury. Methods The diagnosis and operation effect of 52 cases of abdominal closed injury by using laparoscopy were analyzed. Results Fifty-two cases of abdominal closed injury were definitely diagnosed. Twenty-one cases received laparoscopic treatments, 7 cases received conservative treatments, and 24 cases with definite diagnoses were converted to abdominal surgery. There were no complications and deaths. Conclusion The laparoscopy for diagnosis and treatment of the abdominal closed injury have the advantages of small trauma, safety and high diagnosis rate and can reduce the negative laparotorny rate, which can be applied in most cases of abdominal trauma. For the patients who have been preoperatively diagnosed as having hemorrhagic shock with severe injury in the liver, spleen and kidney, the laparoscopic approach is not advocated.
