Abstract:Objective The present study was to explore the mechanism of exogenous Hydrogen Sulfide to high altitude pulmonary hypertension (HAPH), and the relationship between CSE and NO in the rat. Methods 40 male Wister rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, including low - altitude control group, High - altitude control group, Highaltitude NariS group (injection of NariS solution, 14μmol/kg · d) and High -altitude PPG group (injection of PPG, 37.5mg/kg · d), there were 10 rats in each group. Take experiments in 15thdays while the three groups of rats were sent to the High - altitude medical laboratory. Each rat was detected pulmonary artery pressure (mPAP), plasma H2S concentration, CSE conversion rate, CSE expression of lung tissue. Results Pulmonary arterial pressure in High -altitude control low - altitude group ( P 〈 0.01 ). High - altitude (P 〉 0.05 ). Plasma NO2-/NO3 - concentration group and High - altitude PPG group was significantly higher than NariS group was not significantly higher than low -altitude group and eNOS expression in lung tissue remained relatively stable.Plasma H2S concentration, CSE conversion rate of High - altitude PPG group was significantly lower than High - altitude control group, but Plasma NO2-/NO3 - concentration and eNOS expression in lung tissue increased. Conclusion H2S take a protective effect for maintaining normal pulmonary arterial pressure. Adding exogenous HzS should alleviate the occurrence of pulmonary hypertension. H2S/CSE system plays the role of checks and balances to NO/ NOS system, plays a negative regulatory role.
