| Abstract: | Objective To establish the determination method of Tanshinone I and to compare the content in Salvia przewalskii by HPLC.Methods With the methods of HPLC to set up related experimental methods by searching for experimental factors.Results HPLC method exhibited a linear relation of the peak area to the concentration within 0.05~3.2 μg/mL of Tanshinone I.The regression equation was y=18748.96x＋116.71（r=0.9963） and the average recovery was 97.75%,resoectively.The content of Tanshinone I was 0.090% in one year old planting Salvia przewalskii,0.156% in two years old planting Salvia przewalskii and 0.192% in three years old planting Salvia przewalskii.The content of wild varieties was 0.161%.Conclusion The HPLC method is accurate,with a high reproducibility and result is believable.The content of Tanshinone I was highest in three years old planting Salvia przewalskii. |
