摘    要:目的 建立种植和野生甘西鼠尾草中丹参酮Ⅰ的测定方法并行含量比较.方法 借助高效液相法,通过摸索试验条件建立相关试验方法.结果 丹参酮Ⅰ进样量在(0.05~3.2)μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系.回归方程为y=18748.96x+ 116.71,r=0.9963.回收率为97.75%,种植甘西鼠尾草丹参酮Ⅰ含量...

Abstract:Objective To establish the determination method of Tanshinone I and to compare the content in Salvia przewalskii by HPLC.Methods With the methods of HPLC to set up related experimental methods by searching for experimental factors.Results HPLC method exhibited a linear relation of the peak area to the concentration within 0.05~3.2 μg/mL of Tanshinone I.The regression equation was y=18748.96x+116.71(r=0.9963) and the average recovery was 97.75%,resoectively.The content of Tanshinone I was 0.090% in one year old planting Salvia przewalskii,0.156% in two years old planting Salvia przewalskii and 0.192% in three years old planting Salvia przewalskii.The content of wild varieties was 0.161%.Conclusion The HPLC method is accurate,with a high reproducibility and result is believable.The content of Tanshinone I was highest in three years old planting Salvia przewalskii.
