| 摘 要： | 我科于1989年12月开始用药锤疗法配合导引治疗肩周炎110例,其中治愈44例,显效49例,好转16例,无效1例,显效率为84.5％。其中30例治疗前后经 WQ-9E 型痛阈测量仪测定,治疗后痛阈、耐痛阈均有明显提高,P<0.01。结果表明本疗法疗效明显,简便易行,是治疗肩周炎较理想的新方法。

| Abstract: | The combination of drug-hammer Qigong therapy had been administered totreat 110 patients with frozen shoulded since 1989.44 patients were cured,49 markedlyimproved,16 improved,1 with no effect,and the total effective rate (markedly impro-vement and above) was 84.4%.The pain and pain-bearing thresholds were measured in 30cases by WQ-9E mode pain threshold detector before and after treatments,and the resultsshowed that patients both pain and pain-bearing thresholds significantly increased(P<0.01).It is suggested that the drug-hammer combined Qigong therapy is an effective andpractive treatment methed for the patienta with frozen shoulder. |
