| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)血症与急性脑梗死的关系。方法对62例急性脑梗死住院患者和50例同年龄组健康体格检查人群进行对照研究。用荧光偏振免疫分析法测定血浆Hcy,同时记录神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)、血浆纤维蛋白原、红细胞沉降率、血液黏度,并进行对比分析。结果病例组血浆Hcy水平、纤维蛋白原、红细胞沉降率、血液黏度显著高于对照组;病例组内高同型半胱氨酸血症(HHe)患者入院神经功能缺损评分、血浆Hcy水平、纤维蛋白原、红细胞沉降率、血液黏度与Hcy水平正常患者相比差异有统计学意义。结论HHe增加了缺血性脑卒中的危险性,并与急性脑梗死严重程度密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationship between hyperhomocysteinemia and acute cerebral infarction.Methods Serum homocysteine levels of 62 cases with cerebral infarction and 50 subjects for physical examination were measured by using immunofluorescence polarization.Meanwhile,the evaluation of neurological impairments,the level of serum fibrinogen and blood viscosity were measured and analyzed.Results Serum Hcy levels were significantly higher than that in control group;In case group,there were significant differences among evaluation scores,fibrinogen levels and blood viscosity in patients with hyperhomocysteinemia and nomal.Conclusion Hyperhomocysteinemia is closely related with acute stroke and severity. |
