影响护生术前访视效果的调查

目的调查影响护生术前访视效果的因素,提高护生整体护理质量。方法36名护生在老师指导下对636例住院手术病人进行术前访视,师生对术前访视的影响因素进行观察和总结。结果访视中护患合作好,无护患纠纷发生。结论心理健康、身体状况、交流技巧、环境适应、角色适应是影响护生术前访视质量的主要因素。

Investigation of the influencing factors on the effect of pre-operative interview on the nurse students

Objective To explore the influencing factors of the effect of the pre-operative interviews on the nurse students,and to improve the quality of holistic nursing provided by the nurse students.Methods 636 inpatients were interviewed by the nurse students under the guidance of the nurse teachers.The influencing factors were observed and summarized by both the teachers and the students.Results The inpatients and the nurse students co-operated well and no troubles occurred between them.Conclusions Mental health,physical conditions,communication skills,adaptation to the environment,and role adaptation are the main factors that influence the quality of pre-operative interviews of the nurse students.
