女性生殖道标本解脲脲原体和人型支原体的检测与药敏特征

目的:通过对解脲脲原体(Uu)和人型支原体(Mh)药敏结果分析,为临床医生选择有效的抗生素提供参考。方法:用支原体培养药敏试剂盒检测1416例女性生殖道标本。结果:共536例标本单独检出Uu,55例标本同时检出Uu和Mh,9例标本单独检出Mh。单独检出Uu和同时检出Uu和Mh时对Jos,Dox,Min,Rox,Lev,Ofl,Azi,Cla,Spa的敏感率分别为46.4%(40.0%),81.3%(76.4%),81.7%(76.4%),5.8%(0),62.7%(38.1%),62.8%(41.8%),19.7%(0),89.6%(3.6%),53.6%(34.5%)。结论:对单独Uu感染者,应以CLA,Dox,Min为首选药物,而Uu与Mh混合感染者应以Dox,Min为首选药物。生殖道标本Uu与Mh的耐药性监测,对指导临床用药具有重要意义。

Mycoplasma Hominis and Ureaplasma Urealyticum in Genital Specimens and the Characteristics of the Drug Resistence

Objective To select the appropriate antibiotics for clinic through the analysis of ureaplasma urealyticum and mycoplasma homonis's susceptibility test.Methods The specimens were cultured with mycoplasma susceptibility test kit.Results From the 1 416 genital specimens, 591 strains Uu and 64 strains Mh wered isolated .In 55 specimens Uu and Mh were both isolated ,and in 9 specimens Mh was isolated only .The sensitivity percentage of Uu was 46.4%,81.3%,81.7%,5.8%,62.7%,62.8%,19.7%,89.6%,53.6% for Josamycin,Doxycycline,Minocycline,Roxithromycin,Levofloxacin,Ofloxacin,Azithromycin,Clarithromycin,Spafloxacin.The sensitivity percentage of mycoplasma (including Uu and Mh ) was 40.0%,76.4%,76.4%,0,38.1%,41.8%,0,3.6%,34.5% respectively.Conclusion To treat the infection caused by ureaplasma uralyticum such antibiotics as Cla ,Dox and Min can be choosed first for resisting the strains . To treat the infection caused by Mh and Uu Dox and Min can be applied for the patients first.Resistance monitoring of mycoplasma is very important for clinical treatment.
