丹皮酚缓释片的研究

摘    要:目的:制备具零级释药特征的丹皮酚缓释片。方法:以丹皮酚为模型药物,以羟丙甲基纤维素组合物为骨架材料,用粉末直接压片法制备缓释骨架片。结果:组合物骨架片呈良好零级释放(r〉0.99)释药行为具有很好的可调节性。结论:高分子材料的组合应用是制备大剂量中药有效成分缓控释制剂的有效手段。

Abstract:Objective: To prepare Paeonol Sustained-release Tablets of zero order release. Methods: The Paeonol was used as model drug; the hydroxypropyl methylcellulose was used as skeleton materials; and the sustained matrix tablet was prepared using the method of direct powder compression. Results: The composite matrix tablet possessed a marked characteristic of zero order release (r〉0.99). The release behaviors could be well regulated. Conclusion: The combination of polymer materials is an effective method for preparing large dose of sustained-release active components from traditional Chinese medicine.
