| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者血尿酸（UA）水平在冠心病中的作用。方法87例老年T2DM患者与87例老年正常人进行临床和生化指标的检测。结果糖尿病（DM）组UA、FBS、BUN、CR、TG、LDL．C、VLDL-C高于对照组p〈0．01；DM组中UA与FBS呈负相关p〈0．003，与年龄、收缩压（SBP）、TG、BUN、CR呈正相关（p=0．049、0．004、0．050、0．017、0．000）；逐步回归分析发现病程、SBP、FBS、TG、CR是影响UA的独立因素。结论高尿酸血症是一种心血管的危险因素，应重视老年人T2DM高尿酸血症及其伴随表现的防治，重视UA浓度与冠心病危险性之间的关系。
