羟基乙酸治疗寻常型痤疮的疗效评价

目的：评价羟基乙酸治疗轻中度痤疮的临床疗效及安全性。方法：采用浓度为20%、35%、50%、70%的羟基乙酸治疗352例轻中度痤疮患者,每4周治疗1次,共治疗10次。比较治疗前后皮损消退情况及面部皮肤平整程度。结果：炎性皮损、非炎性皮损及总体皮损计数随治疗次数的增加而减少。治疗早期羟基乙酸对非炎性皮损的效果优于炎性皮损（P〈0.05）。经过10次治疗,皮损总有效率为95.2%,皮肤平整度有显著改善。共有17例患者出现暂时性的红斑和脱屑。结论：羟基乙酸是治疗轻中、度痤疮的一种安全有效的方法。

Efficacy evaluation of glycolic acid in the treatment of acne vulgaris

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects and safety of glycolic acid in the treatment of mild to moderate acne.Methods Three hundred fifty-two cases of mild to moderate acnes（aged between 16 and 37 years old） were included in the study.They were given a series of 10 sessions glycolic acid peeling with an interval of 4 weeks with different concentrations（20%,35%,50%,70%）.The therapeutic effects were evaluated by the improvement acne lession regressiom and the smoothness of facial skin.Results The number of acne lesions decreased after treatment.The effects of non-inflammatory lesions was better than inflammatory lesions（P0.05）.After 10 times treatment,the total efficiency rate was 95.2%.The adverse reactions were seen in 17 patients,which were temporary erythema and desquamation.Conclusion Glycolic acid is an effective and safe method for mild to moderate acne.
