| 摘 要： | 大气样采自上海宝山地区，用大网状４０２和Ｗ２树脂吸附大气中的有机污染物，经乙醚洗提、ＫＤ浓缩器浓缩后，通过ＳＯＳ显色法和细胞转化集落法检测样品中有机污染物的生物遗传毒性和对细胞的诱变转化作用。化学分析与生物检测结果一致表明，该地区大气中存在一定量诱变性有机污染物，并对细胞具有明显诱变转化作用。

THE CELL TRANSFORMATION COLONY TEST AND SOSCHROMOTEST FOR DETECTING THE MUTAGENIC POTENTIALS OF ORGANIC POLLUTANTS IN THE AMBIENT AIR |

| Abstract: | The samples from ambient were collected at Bao Shan area.The organic pollutants were first absorbed by passing through column of macroreticular resin 402 and W2,then eluted with ether and concentrated in KD vessel.SOS Chormotest and the Cell Transformation Colony test were used to detect the genotoxcities and the transforming potentials on cells of these organic pollutants.The results of both chemical analysis and biological assays indicate that there are mutagenic pollutants in the ambient air at Bao Shan area. |
