| 摘 要： | 目的: 探讨脑卒中偏瘫病人的运动功能康复护理的方法及效果.方法: 对92例脑卒中偏瘫病人的运动功能进行康复护理,并且于入院时、4周后及半年后进行随访评定.结果:经过康复运动训练的患者肢体功能逐渐恢复,生活基本自理人数训练前仅5例(5.43%),训练后66例(71.73%).训练前后比较差异有极显著性(P<0.01).结论:运动功能康复护理能提高脑卒中偏瘫病人的肢体运动功能和明显改善患者的生活质量.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study method and effect of the functional recovery nursing of stroke hemiplegic patients.Methods:By means of the functional recovery nursing of 92 stroke hemiplegic patients,To evaluate the situation,when the patients were admitted in hospital and 4 weeks after and follow up a half year letter.Results: The functions of stroke hemiplegic patient's limbs could be recovered.Conclusion: The functional recovery nursing can evidently improve the movement function and make the life better of the stroke hemiplegic patients. |
