深圳市水产品中副溶血性弧菌污染现状及耐药性分析

摘    要:目的了解深圳地区不同季节水产品中副溶血性弧菌污染程度和耐药性,为控制副溶血性弧菌相关的食源性疾病提供依据。方法定期从市场抽取水产品,副溶血性弧菌的分离根据国标GB/T4789.7—2003进行,用GNID革兰阴性菌鉴定板进行生化鉴定,用法国梅里埃ATBFungs药敏反应板进行药敏实验。结果294份样品中检出副溶血性弧菌113株,检出率38.44%。夏秋季副溶血性弧菌的污染率明显高于冬春季(X2=5.62,P〈0.05。)。副溶血性弧菌对氨苄西林(AMP)、替卡西林(TIC)、头孢唑啉(KZ)的耐药率分别为65.47%、51.33%和43.36%。结论深圳水产品中副溶血性弧菌污染严重,在治疗相关食源性疾病时应合理用药。
