摘    要:[目的]探讨应用PDCA循环法在新疆手术室专科护士培训基地教学管理中的应用效果。[方法]实施PDCA循环法运用于手术室专科护士培训基地的管理中,分计划、实施、检查、总结4个阶段,将改进措施纳入下个循环中。[结果]实施PDCA循环管理后,提高了培训基地教学质量,学员理论知识、操作技能总分均显著提高(P0.05),提高了学员满意度(P0.05),全面提升了学员综合素质。[讨论]PDCA循环法应用于手术室专科护士培训管理,激发了学员学习热情,提高了专科理论水平和实践技能,提高了教学质量。

Management of PDCA cycle method teaching in operating room nurse specialist training base
Abstract:Objective:To probe into the application effect of PDCA cycle method in teaching management of oper-ating room nurse specialist training base in Xinjiang.Methods:The implementation of PDCA cycle method was used in the management of operating room nurse specialist training base,including four stages namely planning, implementation,check and summary;improvement measures were brought into the next cycle.Results:After the implementation of PDCA cycle management,the teaching quality in the training base was improved,the total score of students ’theoretical knowledge and operation skills were significantly improved (P < 0.05 ),the students’satisfaction was improved (P <0.05),the students’comprehensive quality was enhanced.Conclusion:PDCA cycle method applied in the operating room specialist training management had stimulated the students’ learning enthusiasm,improved the level of professional theory and practical skills and the teaching quality.
