强化降压护理干预改善血液透析病人高血压和生存质量的效果

目的]研究对接受血液透析合并高血压的病人采取强化降压护理措施,对其高血压控制及生存质量的影响。方法]选取70例接受血液透析合并高血压的病人,按照随机数字表法将其分为常规组与干预组各35例,常规组实行一般护理模式,干预组实施强化降压护理模式,观察两组生存质量情况、病人遵医行为评分及对护理服务满意度。结果]常规组血压控制较好,生理功能、精神心理健康、情感交流及社会融入感等指标评分均低于干预组(P0.05);常规组按时按量服药、定期来院复查、保持健康合理饮食、戒烟限酒、坚持良好生活作息习惯等指标评分均低于干预组(P0.05);常规组满意度为77.14%,干预组为94.29%,干预组高于常规组(P0.05)。结论]针对接受血液透析合并高血压的病人实施强化降压护理干预措施,可有效提高其生存质量及遵医行为评分,大部分病人对护理服务满意度较好。

Effect of intensive antihypertensive nursing intervention for hypertension and quality of life of hemodialysis patients

Objective:To probe into the influence of intensive care intervention on hypertension control and qual-ity of life in patients hemodialysis patients with hypertension.Methods:A total of 70 patients receiving hemodi-alysis complicated with hypertension were selected,according to the random number table method,they were di-vided into routine group and intervention group,35 cases in each.The patients in routine group received general nursing mode,the patients in intervention group received intensive nursing mode,then to compare the quality of life,patients’compliance behavior score and nursing service satisfaction.Results:The blood pressure in routine group control was better.The physiological function,psychological health,emotional communication and social integration of sense index scores in routine group were lower than those in intervention group (P<0.05).The scores of these indexes including medication on time and on amount,regular review to the hospital,maintaining a healthy diet,quitting smoking and limiting alcohol,adhere to good living habits index scores in routine group were lower than those in intervention group (P<0.05).Satisfaction (94.29%)in intervention group was higher than that in routine group (77.14%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of intensive nursing interven-tions for hemodialysis patients complicated with hypertension could effectively improve the quality of life and medical compliance score,and most of the patients had better satisfaction to nursing service.
