导管依赖性先天性心脏病使用前列腺素E1的护理效果观察

摘    要:目的]探究导管依赖性先天性心脏病应用前列腺素E1的护理干预效果。方法]选取110例导管依赖性先天性心脏病病人作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组与常规组各55例。常规组病人采用传统的治疗方法,观察组病人在常规组的基础上采用前列腺素E1及护理干预,对两组病人临床疗效或护理效果进行评估比较。结果]观察组病人手术成功率为100%,常规组的成功率为96.36%,观察组病人的并发症发生率1.82%,常规组发生率5.45%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。两组病人的重症监护室(ICU)滞留时间、住院时间、费用、抗生素使用时间比较,观察组明显少于常规组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论]对于导管依赖性先天性心脏病病人,采用前列腺素E1治疗效果明显,可维持动脉导管的开放、可维持患儿血氧饱和度改善低氧血症,为手术争取时间。

Observation on nursing effect of patients with duct-dependent congenital heart disease using prostaglandin E1
Abstract:Objective:To probe into the nursing intervention effect of patients with catheter dependent congeni-tal heart disease using prostaglandin E1.Methods:A total of 1 10 cases of patients with duct dependent congen-ital heart disease were selected as research subjects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and conventional group,55 cases in each;patients in conventional group used traditional treatment methods,the pa-tients in observation group were treated with prostaglandin E1 and nursing intervention on the basis of tradi-tional treatment methods;the clinical efficacy or nursing effect were assessed and compared between both groups.Results:The surgical success rate in patients was 100% in observation group,there were 53 cases with successful surgery in conventional group,and the success rate was 96.36%;the incidence of complications in pa-tients in observation group was 1.82%,the incidence in conventional group was 5.45%;there was no statistically significant difference(P >0.05).The ICU patients’residence time,hospital stay,cost,time comparison of antibi-otic use in observation group were significantly less than those in conventional group(P <0.05).Conclusion:For the duct dependent congenital heart disease,the treatment effect of prostaglandin E1 was obvious,and could keep a ductus arteriosus open,and maintain the oxygen saturation and improve hypoxemia,so as to gain time for the surgery.
