舒适护理在妇科肿瘤放疗病人中的应用

[目的]探讨对妇科恶性肿瘤放疗病人实施舒适护理的效果。[方法]将106例放疗的妇科恶性肿瘤病人采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组53例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施舒适护理,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)对两组病人的心理状态进行评价,采用欧洲癌症病人生存质量测定量表(QLQ-C30)对两组病人的生活质量进行评价,并对两组病人护理干预前后心理状态和生活质量情况进行比较。[结果]护理干预后观察组病人心理状态SAS、SDS、HAMA和HAMD评分明显低于对照组(P0.05);观察组病人QLQ-C30评分明显高于对照组(P0.01)。[结论]对妇科恶性肿瘤放疗病人实施舒适护理能显著改善病人的不良情绪,提高其生活质量。

Application of comfortable nursing in patients with gynecological tumor undergoing radiotherapy

Objective:To probe into the application of comfortable nursing in patients with gynecological tumor undergoing radiotherapy.Methods:A total of 106 patients with gynecological tumor undergoing radiotherapy were divided into the observation group and the control group used the random number table 53 cases each.Pa-tients of the control group received routine nursing.Patients of the observation group received the routine nurs-ing and comfortable nursing.The psychological state of the two groups were evaluated by self rating anxiety scale(SAS),self rating depression scale(SDS),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale (HAMD).The quality of life of the two groups was evaluated by using the European cancer patient quality of life(QLQ C30).The psychological status and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after nursing intervention.Results:After the nursing intervention,the psychological states score of SAS,SDS,HAMA and HAMD of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group.There were statisti-cal significant differences between the two groups(P<0.01).After the treatment,the quality of life score of QLQ C30 of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.There was statistical significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:The comfortable nursing for patients with gynecological tumor undergoing radiotherapy could significantly improve patients ’unhealthy mood,and im-prove their quality of life.
