放疗时段追踪管理对食管癌放疗病人预后及生活质量的影响

目的]探讨放疗时段追踪管理对食管癌放疗病人预后及生活质量的影响。方法]根据病人入院时间将84例食管癌放疗病人分为观察组和对照组各42例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组应用放疗时段追踪管理实施护理,对比分析两组病人近期疗效、并发症、治疗依从性、满意率的差异及治疗前后生活质量的变化。结果]观察组总有效率、治疗依从率、满意率高于对照组(P0.05),而并发症发生率低于对照组(P0.05);观察组干预后躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、社会功能、认知功能评分高于对照组(P0.05)。结论]放疗时段追踪管理能有效提高食管癌放疗病人治疗依从性及放疗治疗效果,降低病人并发症发生率,提高病人生活质量。

Influence of radiotherapy time tracking management on prognosis and quality of life in esophageal carcinoma pa-tients with radiotherapy

Objective:To probe into the influence of radiotherapy time tracking management on prognosis and quality of life in esophageal carcinoma patients with radiotherapy.Methods:A total of 84 esophageal cancer pa-tients with radiotherapy were divided into observation group and control group based on the admission time,42 cases in each.The patients in control group were given routine nursing,and the patients in observation group were given nursing with radiotherapy time tracking management.Then compared and analyzed the difference in short term curative effect,complications,treatment compliance,satisfaction rate and change of quality of life of the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate,treatment compliance rate and satis-faction rate in observation group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05).The incidence of complica-tions in observation group was lower than that in control group (P<0.05).The function of body,role,emotion-al,social function and cognitive function in observation group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05).Con-clusion:The radiotherapy time tracking management on prognosis and quality of life in patients with esophageal carcinoma radiotherapy can effectively improve the treatment compliance and the effect of radiotherapy,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life of patients.
