| 摘 要： | [目的]评价延续护理模式对慢性乙型肝炎病人治疗依从性的影响。[方法]通过Cochrane Library、PubMed、CBM、CNKI、VIP、万方等数据库,检索延续护理干预慢性乙型肝炎病人的随机对照试验,采用RevMan5.1软件进行统计处理。[结果]纳入9篇文献,干预组病人治疗依从性均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。[结论]延续护理模式可提高慢性乙型肝炎病人的治疗依从性,对改善病人的预后和提高生活质量有一定的促进作用。

Meta analysis of influence of continuity of care model on treatment compliance of patients with Chronic Hepatitis B in China |

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the influence of continuity of care model on treatment compliance of patients with Chronic Hepatitis B in China.Methods:The randomized controlled trials on continuity of care for patients with Chronic Hepatitis B were researched by the databases of Cochrane Library,PubMed,CBM,CNKI,VIP and Wan Fang database.RevMan5.1 software was used to analyze the data.Results:A total of 9 papers were includ-ed.Meta analysis showed that the treatment compliance of patients in intervention group was significantly higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05 ).Conclusion:The continuity of care model for patients with Chronic Hepatitis B could take effect on raising their treatment com-pliance and improving the quality of life. |
