老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛病人多维度协同护理效果观察

目的]观察多维度协同护理在老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛病人中的应用效果。方法]将84例带状疱疹后遗神经痛老年病人按照住院尾号单双号分为对照组(40例)和观察组(44例),对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受多维度协同护理干预,干预后对两组病人的焦虑、抑郁、疼痛情况及护理效果进行比较。结果]干预后观察组病人焦虑与抑郁评分、疼痛评分均低于对照组,临床护理总有效率高于对照组,经比较差异均有统计学意义(P均0.05)。结论]对带状疱疹后遗神经痛老年病人实施多维度协同护理,有利于改善病人的负性情绪,降低疼痛程度,提高临床护理疗效。

Effect observation on multi dimensional collaborative nursing in senile herpes zoster patients with postherpetic neuralgia

Objective:To observe the application effect of multi dimensional collaborative nursing for senile her-pes zoster patients with postherpetic neuralgia.Methods:A total of 80 senile herpes zoster patients with posther-petic neuralgia were divided into control group and observation group according to the even and odd number of admission tail number,40 cases in each.The patients in control group received the routine nursing,while the pa-tients in observation group received the multidimensional collaborative nursing,then to compare the patients’ situation of anxiety,depression,pain and nursing effect in two groups after intervention.Results:The anxiety and depression scores,pain scores in observation group were lower than that in control group,the total effective rate of clinical nursing was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The application of multi dimensional collaborative nursing for senile herpes zoster patients with postherpetic neuralgia was conducive to improving patients’negative mood,reducing pain and improving the effect of clinical nursing.
