葡萄球菌性烫伤样皮肤综合征67例临床分析

目的 探讨葡萄球菌性烫伤样皮肤综合征(SSSS)的发病及诊疗情况。方法对67例SSSS患儿的临床症状及实验室检查进行分析。结果67例患儿均表现为不同程度的皮损，主要为弥漫性潮红斑及大疱，尼氏征阳性，口周放射状皱襞、糜烂及眼周、外阴水肿糜烂，早期足量应用敏感抗生素能缩短病程，减少死亡病例。结论颈、腹股沟等部位弥漫性潮红斑，13周放射状皱襞，皮肤触痛对SSSS有诊断意义。

Clinical analysis of 67 patient with ssss

Objective To study the clinic monifestation and therapy of Staphylococcal Scalded Skin Syndrome.Methods The clinic features and laboratory findings were analyzed in 67 children with SSSS.Results The 67 patients manifested varied lesions. the lesions mainly showed diffused erythema and blister, positive Nikosky's sign, radiated rhagas and/or erosion around mouth periophthalmic edema and/or erosion, perineal edema and/or erosion. Early application of sensitive antibiotic could shorten the course of disease and reduce death rate.Conclusion Diffused erythema in neck and/or perineum,radiated rhagas around mouth,skin pain were helpful to diagnose SSSS.
