替加氟注射液联合环磷酰胺、阿霉素方案与CAF方案治疗晚期乳腺癌的疗效比较

目的:比较替加氟注射液联合环磷酰胺、阿霉素方案与CAF方案治疗晚期乳腺癌的近期疗效与毒副反应。方法:将68例晚期乳腺癌患者采用信封抽签法随机分组,替加氟注射液联合环磷酰胺、阿霉素方案为观察组,CAF方案为对照组,平均化疗2.5个周期。结果:观察组有效率为70.59%(24/34),对照组为44.12%(15/34),两组有效率比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组KPS改善率为73.53%(25/34),对照组47.06%(16/34),两组比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组白细胞下降发生率为26.47%(9/34),对照组50.00%(17/34),两组比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组恶心、呕吐、腹泻发生率分别为44.12%(15/34)、11.76%(4/34),对照组分别为67.65%(23/34)、32.35%(11/34),两组比较均差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:替加氟注射液联合环磷酰胺、阿霉素方案治疗晚期乳腺癌有效率高,毒副反应轻,患者耐受性好。

Efficacy comparison between regimen Tegafur with CTX, ADM and regimen CAF in the treatment of advanced breast cancer

Objective To compare the short term efficacy and toxicity of regimen Tegafur with CTX,ADM and regimen CAF in the treatment of advanced breast cancer.Method 68 patients with advanced breast cancer were divided into two groups randomly: regimen Tegafur with CTX,ADM as the observation group and regimen CAF as the control group,with chemotherapy averaging 2.5 cycles.Results Comparison resalts of the observation group and the control group as follows: the response rate was 70.59%(24/34) vs.44.12%(15/34)(P<0.05),KPS score improving rate was 73.53%(25/34) vs.47.06%(16/34)(P<0.05),leukopenia rate was 26.47%(9/34) vs.50.00%(17/34)(P<0.05),vomiting rate was 44.12%(15/34) vs.67.65%(23/34)(P<0.05),diarrhea rate was 11.76%(4/34) vs.32.35%(11/34)(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with regimen CAF,regimen Tegafur with CTX,ADM treats advanced breast cancer with better effect,less toxicity and good toleration.
