| 摘 要： | 应用Ｒｅｇｉｆｌｅｘ气囊扩张器治疗贲门失弛缓症５７例，术前经Ｘ线、内镜及食管测压检查确诊，扩张后临床表现和Ｘ线、内镜及测压检查均见显著改善，随访４～５２个月５５例疗效满意，２例复发分别在扩张后３个月和１８个月，再次扩张症状缓解。１例术后穿孔行外科修补术，１例１２个月后发生返流性食管炎。本研究证明气囊扩张作为本病的首选治疗方法简易有效且疗效持久。

| Abstract: | Fifty seven patients with achalasia had been treated by the technique of pneumatic dilatation using the Regiflex dilator.Achalasia was diagnosed by history,X ray ,endoscopy and manometry.A significant improvement was seen clinically by radiologic and endoscopic studies and after manometric evaluation.In the late follow up after 4 to 52 months dilator treated patients showed a permanent improvement in 55 of 57 patients.Recurrent symptoms occurred in 2 patientss one at 3 months and the other at 18 months after tretment,repeat dilatation were performed and the symptoms were relieved.Perforation occurred in 1 patient,surgical repair was done.Reflux esophagitis occurred in 1 patient at 12 months post dilatation.This study suggests that pneumatic dilatation used as primary treatment is a simple,easy and effective procedure and is accompanied by significantly better long term results. |
