| 摘 要： | 目的探讨深静脉血栓形成的治疗方法.方法对15例深静脉血栓形成患者进行非手术及手术治疗.非手术治疗包括溶栓、抗凝、穿减压袜等,手术治疗包括外科静脉切开取栓、放置下腔静脉滤网治疗.结果 12例非手术治疗有效,2例采用股静脉切开取栓成功,1例行下腔静脉滤网治疗有效.结论对深静脉血栓形成,应采用非手术治疗为主的综合性治疗.

| Abstract: | AimTo study treatment means of deep venous thrombosis (DVT).MethodsNon-operation or operation management were carried out in 15 cases with DVT.Non-operation treatment includes throbolytic and anticoagulant therapy and wearing forced socks and so on.Opreation means includs opening fenoral vein and taking out thrombosis and setting inferior vena caval filters.Results12 patients applying non-operation therapy were cured, 2 cases applying opening fenoral vein were cured,and one using vena caval filters was valid.Conclusion General management should be performed treating DVT and non-operation treatment is regarded as major therapy ways . |
